平安(へいあん)時代(じだい)(1)
到了奈良时代后期，贵族和僧侣之间发生了激烈的对立，政治局面混乱。
In the latter half of the Nara Period, Kizoku (nobles) and priests began to oppose each other, and it caused political confusion.
奈良時代の後半には、貴族と僧侶が対立するようになり、政治が混乱しました。
于是当政的“恒武天皇”于794年将国都迁到了京都。这个京都被称作“平安京”。
Kanmu Ten-noo (Emperor Kanmu) then relocated the capital to Kyoto in 794. This capital is called Heean-kyoo.
そこで、桓武天皇は794年に都を京都に移しました。この都を平安京と言います。
到了平安时期，叫做“藤原氏”的贵族势力逐渐强大起来。
In the Heean Period, the Fujiwara-shi (Fujiwara clan), which was one of the high-ranking Kizoku, gained political power.
平安時代には、貴族の藤原氏が勢力を持ちました。
藤原氏将女儿嫁给天皇，生出的男孩就可以成为日后的天皇。而藤原氏自己则获取到“摄政”和“关白”等官职，代替天皇执政。
The Fujiwara clan made their daughter marry the Emperor. When a boy was born, they made him the next Emperor. By doing so, they became Sesshoo (Regent) or Kanpaku (a chief adviser to the Emperor), and ran the politics instead of the Emperor.
藤原氏は娘を天皇と結婚させ、男の子が生まれると天皇にしました。そして、自分が摂政や関白という役について、天皇の代わりに政治を行いました。
到了9世纪末，中国国内发生政治动乱，日本则停止了向中国派出遣唐使。自此日本开始发展起自己独自的文化。
At the end of the 9th century, Japan stopped sending Ken-Too-shi (emissaries to Too) because of internal politics within China. Since then, original Japanese culture independently developed.
9世紀の末になると、中国の政治が乱れたので、遣唐使を廃止しました。その後、日本独自の文化が発達しました。
文字也开始从汉字发展出了平假名。产生了《源氏物语》和《枕草子》等优秀的文学作品。
Hiragana was developed from kanji characters. A lot of splendid literature, Genji Monogatari (The Tale of Genji) and Makura-no-Sooshi (The Pillow Book) and so on, was also created.
漢字から、ひらがながつくられました。源氏物語や枕草子など、優れた文学作品がたくさん生まれました。
到了10世纪中叶，政治更加混乱，地方上时有战乱发生。时代变得动荡不安。
In the middle of the 10th century, politics got into a mess and many rebellions occurred in some provinces. Political stability was lost in the country.
10世紀の半ばになると、政治が乱れ、地方で反乱が起こりました。世の中が不安定になりました。
住在京都的贵族们更是心神不安。于是，为了求得死后可以轮回转生到极乐世界，兴起了祷告阿弥陀佛的“净土信仰”。
Kizoku in the capital felt more and more restless. They prayed to Amida-Nyorai for the rebirth in Paradise after death [Joodo Shinkoo].
都の貴族たちは不安な気持ちが大きくなり、死後に、極楽浄土に生まれ変わることを阿弥陀如来に祈りました[浄土信仰]。
